Late Professor TW Wikramanayaka Oration of the Nutrition Society of Sri Lanka was delivered by Professor Renuka Silva, who is currently the Chair of the Department of Applied Nutrition. The oration was held on 23rd January 2022 at the Annual Scientific Sessions of the Nutrition Society held in Colombo in conjunction with the Society’s Golden Jubilee Celebrations. Professor Silva delivered his oration on the topic – “Poor dietary diversity and nutritional inadequacy: unveiling the nutrition paradox in Sri Lanka”.
